Host panel details can be obtained from the billing system.
You will require access to the host panel if you need to make changes to the DNS, manage Email accounts and create databases, etc.
1. In your favourite browser, navigate to the billing system, eg. https://billing.providerdomain.co.za
On the login screen please fill in your (1) login details and select (2) SIGN IN
2. Click on PANEL and select the hosting plan from the dropdown menu
2. Now click EMAIL SUMMARY TO and the details will be sent to relevant mail address.
You have successfully sent the relevant panel details.
