The below instructions are for changing an existing password, meaning you have access to the webmail online.
If you can no longer recall the Email password, kindly navigate to our mail settings tool for instructions.
- First you’ll need to log into your mail account.
To access your mail navigate to our mail settings tool to obtain your webmail URL. Once you have selected the URL and redirected to the webmail, enter your details and select LOGIN.
2. Next navigate to the (1) OPTIONS tab. On the left side-bar please expand LOGIN
3. Click LOGIN
4. Re-enter your (1) old password, and then enter your (2) new desired password and select SAVE on the bottom left hand corner.
Congratulations! You have just changed your email password.
