We have two (2) billing system / client areas and depending on where you signed up you will either be able to make a EFT or once-off card payment or subscribe your card to have the payments deducted automatically on a monthly basis (whmcs).
Alternatively you are able to load additional funds to your account in WHMCS in order to ensure uninterrupted services. The advantage of having a positive balance is that any newly added services will be charged to the account first. A minimum amount of R250.00 is required for a deposit, while the maximum deposit amount is R500.00. Your account balance limit is capped to R2,500.00
These deposits are non-refundable, however, you will receive the balance of the amount, in the unfortunate event you should decide to move away from your provider for whatever reason.
